By registering for, and attending this event, I hereby grant PT Exam Prep Inc., their photographer and their legal representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release the photographer and his or her legal representatives, clients and subsidiaries and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said images.I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type of associated with the taking or publication of these images or participation in company marketing materials or other company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said images confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
