- Can I purchase additional full mock exams if I’ve already purchased the CPTE Essentials course?
- Yes you can, if we have availability.
- Mock Exams purchased after you register will be $475 + tax
- Buying them when you register allows us to plan better and saves you money
- How many full mock exams can I purchase?
- As of now, we have two (both are in the Mastery Plus course)
- Can I contact you if I have questions?
- Yes! You can expect the same level of service that PT Exam Prep is known for. Just email us and we will send your question to our content expert and get back to you within three business days (usually much quicker though!).
- How long should I prep?
- We explain this very well in the course. There are so many factors to take into consideration when planning your study plan, but in general, we say about 5-6 months.
- Are the live office hours recorded?
- Yes, they are then uploaded to the classroom to view. It is removed when the next week’s session is uploaded.
- What’s included in the weekly live sessions?
- One Oral Prep session (practice cases + reasoning) and one Written Prep session (question dissection + exam strategy).
- Each includes teaching + Q&A (all recorded).
- What happens if I fail the exam?
- You and I will meet and discuss what went wrong and how to move forward.
- If you purchased the Mastery or Mastery Plus, you will have access to materials until you pass.
- If you purchased the Essentials, you can buy a Full Day Mock Exam to upgrade to Mastery.
- What are the Full Mock Days like?
- You’ll complete a 2.5 hour oral exam with 30 minutes of feedback.
- Your session will be recorded and you will be given the link to rewatch your session.
- You will have access to the recording for 30 days.
- After your oral exam you will take a 2.5 hour written mock exam.
- If you’d prefer to take your written exam on a different day, you can do that.
- How much feedback do I get on my mock exams?
- Oral mocks are conducted by one of PT Exam Prep’s teacher.
- You will receive 30 mins of personalized feedback and strategies on how to improve your performance.
- Recorded feedback will be sent ot you after your oral exam.
- Written mocks include marking keys for you to review

- What is your refund policy?
- You can view it here. Once you purchase a course, we have a strict no refund policy.
- Can I select the time for my Full Day Mock CPTE?
- Yes, you’ll be able to select your oral exam time from the available time slots.
- The written exam is available in your mock exam classroom and can be completed immediately after your oral exam to replicate the actual exam experience. The written exam can be found in your mock exam classroom and can be done anytime—including right after you oral exam—to simulate the full exam experience.
- Do you offer payment plans?
