Written Mock Exams
- All mock exam purchases are non-refundable
- It should be noted that students will have access to written mock exams immediately upon purchase
Clinical Mock Exam Bundles
- All Clinical Mock Exam Bundles purchases are non-refundable.
- It should be noted that students will have access to the Clinical Mock Exam Bundles immediately upon purchase.
Basic and Premium Access Video Course
- Basic and Premium Access Video Course purchases are non-refundable. It should be noted that students will have access to their course immediately upon purchase.
- If you wish to upgrade from the Basic Access Video Course to Premium Access Video Course, you may do so at anytime by paying the price difference between the two courses. Your course subscription will be based on original purchase date. There are no subscription extensions if you decide to upgrade.
- If you wish to upgrade from the Basic Access Video Course or Premium Access Video Course to the Live Teacher Written Course, you may do so at anytime by paying the price difference between the two courses.
Live Teacher Written Virtual Course
- If you receive our course materials and/or access the online course portal, all course fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule (change courses), you can do so as long as your course hasn’t started and we can fill your course spot. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule. Course changes are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
- If you’re waiting for your exam results, you can defer receiving you course materials and accessing you online course portal. If you wish to unenroll after you receive your results, we’ll provide you with a full refund as long as your course hasn’t started and we can fill your course spot.
Live Teacher Virtual Clinical Course and Face-to-Face Clinical Courses
- If you receive our course materials and/or access the online course portal, all course fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule (change courses), you can do so as long as your course hasn’t started and we can fill your course spot. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule. Course changes are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Ethics Masterclass
- Ethics Masterclass purchases are non-refundable.
- Students will have access to the Ethics Masterclass immediately upon purchase.
- Subscriptions cancelled prior to the expiration of the first month, will only be charged the initial fee. After the first month, students will be charged monthly on the anniversary date of their initial sign-up date. There are no charges for cancelling a subscription and paying subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of their current billing cycle will not be charged again in the following cycle.
Ontario Clinical Exam Course
- Ontario Clinical Exam Course and the CPO Screening Interview Course purchases are non-refundable. It should be noted that students will have access to their course immediately upon purchase.
