    Instructor: Jennifer Lapointe

Jennifer graduated from the University of Alberta with her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2016. She currently works in Calgary, Alberta at an acute care hospital where she provides patient-centered care to largely adult and geriatric populations. Jennifer has experience in general medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, orthopaedics, and outpatient physiotherapy.

Jennifer feels that you can draw a lot of parallels between rehabilitation and teaching - both require starting with, and mastering the fundamentals, but each person’s experience needs to be tailored to the individual.  Being a Physiotherapist is rewarding, challenging, uplifting, and always evolving. She cannot wait to help other clinicians navigate one of the last steps of the Physiotherapy journey so they can experience these things first hand!
